Paperless COVID-19 Documentation
How to enter COVID-19 questions online:
1. Clock in to job as usual but also select the Activity from the dropdown menu under the Job Pin selection.
2. Click on your name in the upper right corner and select "Activity Documentation".
3. Enter the COVID Temp and answer the other questions.
4. Click "Save" at the bottom.
Your COVID-19 questions will be recorded online and you will not need to use the paper documentation. Keep in mind that if you change your job pin or clock out of a job, you will need to enter the COVID-19 information again so it is recorded for the new job. Please follow the above steps upon clock-in.
